No donation is too small. Any amount donated now through June 21, 2026 will automatically enter you into a chance to attend MUHSEN Umrah this November in partnership with Dar El Salam Travel. Winner will receive an air and land travel package for two.
*MUHSEN reserves the right to modify, postpone, or reschedule the MUHSEN organized Umrah trip due to unforeseen political conditions, travel restrictions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond its control. If necessary, the prize may be transferred to a future MUHSEN organized umrah trip.
Established in 2017, MUHSEN Umrah became the first ever group to specifically serve individuals with special needs, in partnership with Dar El Salam Travel.
The unique individualized attention given to participants with special needs and disabilities from the beginning registration process and all throughout the trip is the first of its kind.

Salaam, my name is Tuba Nahid and I want to share an incredible experience I had in 2025 with MUHSEN.
One day in August, I got an email saying “We are delighted to announce that you are the MUHSEN & Dar El Salam Umrah raffle winner.” I was completely taken by surprise. I had not realized I had entered any raffle so as I was trying to figure out how I won, a friend asked if I donated to MUHSEN at the end of 2024 for their Umrah sponsorships, I checked my email and there it was! Saying I was excited is an understatement. Alhamdulillah, an opportunity, an invitation for my family to visit the most blessed place. Something that we did not have planned at all for 2025.
MUHSEN, an organization I was familiar with but now I got to see up close. An organization filled with dedicated, hardworking, and sincere people who are truly there to enrich the lives of those who have trouble navigating the everyday. The volunteers, the leaders, everyone in this organization works tirelessly to help those around them and give them wonderful experiences. We were fortunate to get an opportunity to perform Umrah with families with special needs members.
We were surrounded by families that thought they may not get a chance to perform Umrah with their family members that required extra support, but through MUHSEN they got this opportunity and the noor on their faces was a testament to their gratitude.
The parents, volunteers, and sheikhs making it possible for them to go near the kabah, sit at masjid Haram, pray together, take a tour of Masjid Nabawi, was all amazing to witness. These families truly showcase what true resilience, hope, and patience is all about, the way they persevere and get excited about every opportunity, makes you truly take account of all the blessings we take for granted.
Another thing that was nice was that we were led by Sheikh Ismail Qadi, Sheikh Omar Hedroug, and Ustadha Roohi Tahir, both Sh. Ismail and Sh. Omar are imams of the masjid we attend, so performing umrah with them through their guidance and knowledge was a true blessing.
A special memory that I have from this trip was a group dinner organized by Dar El Salam, though the food was incredible, it was the atmosphere that made it even better. We had performed Umrah a few times before but this group experience with MUHSEN and Dar El Salam was something my family and I are very grateful for and loved every minute of it. Both MUHSEN and Dar El Salam did a great job planning and organizing.
My parting thought for everyone who is reading this is, if you get an opportunity to be involved with MUHSEN and support in any way, please do so, it’s a wonderful organization that makes everyone feel included.
