MUHSEN Has Made it Possible
In 2017, MUHSEN Umrah became the first ever group to specifically serve individuals with special needs. Prior to today, this kind of trip was not possible.
MUHSEN Umrah is a unique experience, customized for families with disabilities. Some of the assistance we provide includes: accessible transport, 1:1 assistance, ASL interpretation, caregiver support, visual and sensory supports, ushering services, wheelchair assistance, special needs childcare and evening lectures with our wonderful spiritual guides. MUHSEN is also the only organization that has been able to obtain wheelchair-transport vans in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
