Recharge, connect, and enjoy the outdoors with fellow caregivers at our Caregiver Hike! This relaxed gathering is a chance to build community, share support, and enjoy meaningful conversation together.
The hike is a 1.6-mile loop lasting about 1-1.5 hours, with staircases, steep climbs, and a 479 ft elevation gain. Meet at 9:30 AM at the Institute of Knowledge. Please bring hats, hiking boots, sunscreen, and hiking poles if you have them. 🥾⛰️
